Seniors Strength Training 

Its never too late to start...

The program provides participants with an obligation free induction into the Health Club, education on the benefits of getting active and step by step instruction on relevant exercises and equipment. Our Health and Fitness Consultants will take you through three different levels of activity of over the 6 week duration.

Living Longer, Living Stronger runs Tuesday and Thursday from 11am -12pm.
