​Boot Camp 

Get the most out of yourself...

Running twice a week for six weeks, Boot Camp is a seasonal ​group fitness session that provides an outdoor alternative to your usual workouts. The hour long sessions will help you to achieve results faster as you push yourself to a new level!

Sessions Include:

Outdoor training
HIIT (High Intensity Interval training)
Abdominal core Training
Running drills
Strength training
Boxing Circuits
Team challenges
