Mill Park Leisure offers a wide variety of motivating, exciting and challenging Group Fitness classes and with over 60 classes available throughout the week you’re sure to find a class that suits your needs! Our Group Fitness Instructors  are all Physical Activity Australia​ or Fit​ness Australia registered and are constantly seeking to further develop their knowledge, to ensure that they deliver the highest standard Group Fitness classes possible. Our Group Fitness Instructors are passionate and dedicated to making your training fun and easy, while the su​pportive group environment means you will love getting fit and healthy with your friends.

Please Note:

  • Class tickets can be obtained up to 1 hour prior to class commencement.
  • Registration for classes closes 5 minutes after commencement.
  • Group Fitness Classes have restricted numbers so please purchase a ticket early to avoid disappointment.​
